Consider this: the way you communicate or market an idea is a lot like the popular children’s game “connect-the-dots.” If you successfully draw the lines between all of the numbered dots on a page, you end up with the complete picture.

An over-simplification, perhaps, but effective communication is very similar. When you reach more people with your message, then the picture you want to create is more defined and understood.

But  people are blasted with information by so many different sources. You can get lost in the noise.

The more effectively you connect with your target audiences, the better your rate of impact and the more complete the “picture.”

You need to connect the dots.
